Direct factory pricing

We wind, weld, size and inspect in our own workshop. No trading company mark-up, no hidden cost between you and the production line.

Certificates with the goods

EN 10204 3.1 material certificates as standard on request. PMI / spectrometer verification on incoming alloy strip before winding.

Honest lead times

Standard materials normally 7–15 working days. Exotic alloys quoted against real mill availability — not an optimistic guess.

Low MOQ, fast response

No rigid minimum for standard sizes. Small shutdown quantities accepted. Quotation and technical reply within 2 business hours.

Drawing & sample production

Cartons or wooden cases suitable for sea and air freight, with customer labels and packing lists on request.

Quick Material Selection — What to Use Where

If you tell us the medium, we will confirm the winding metal and filler. This table is a starting point for procurement discussions.
Your Service Condition Recommended Winding Recommended Filler Why
Hydrofluoric acid, seawater Monel 400 PTFE Resists HF and chloride attack
High-temperature steam / hydrocarbon Inconel 625 or 800H Graphite Strength retention at 600–900 °C
Wet chlorine, mixed acids Hastelloy C276 PTFE Broad resistance to oxidising media
Hydrochloric acid Hastelloy B3 PTFE Best resistance to HCl
Sulphuric / phosphoric acid 904L or Inconel 825 PTFE or graphite Proven in acid service
Seawater, coastal cooling Titanium Gr.2 or 904L PTFE Chloride stress corrosion resistance
High-temperature flue gas 310 or Inconel 600 Mica Oxidation resistance to 850 °C
General chemical / water SS316L Graphite or non-asbestos Cost-effective standard duty

Ordering Information You Should Prepare

To give you a firm quotation and a realistic delivery date the first time, please include the following in your inquiry:

  • Gasket standard and size: ASME B16.20 / EN 1514-2 / API 601, DN or NPS, Class or PN.
  • Construction: basic, with outer ring (CG), with inner ring (CGI), or with inner & outer ring (CGIR).
  • Winding metal and filler: e.g. Inconel 625 + graphite.
  • Operating conditions: pressure, temperature, media name and concentration.
  • Quantity and required delivery date.
  • Documentation: whether EN 10204 3.1 certificates, third-party inspection or test reports are needed.
Not sure which alloy? Send the data sheet or even a photo of the old gasket. Our technical team will recommend the correct winding and filler, and explain why — so you can justify the choice internally.

Purchasing FAQ

What is your minimum order quantity?

No rigid minimum for standard sizes. We supply small quantities for maintenance and shutdown work. For exotic alloys a modest MOQ may apply because the strip is ordered specially — we state this clearly in the quotation.

Can you send samples before we place a bulk order?

For standard materials, yes — sample gaskets can be supplied for fit and dimensional checks. For special alloys, sample cost and lead time are quoted case by case.

What payment terms do you accept?

We normally work with T/T (30% deposit, balance before shipment) and can discuss L/C at sight for larger orders. Terms are confirmed in the quotation.

How are the gaskets packed for export?

Individually protected, then packed in cartons or wooden cases suitable for sea and air freight. Customer labels, packing lists and palletising are available on request.

What if the material certificate is not enough for our end user?

We can arrange third-party inspection and issue additional test reports. Tell us the exact specification your end user requires and we will confirm feasibility before you order.

How do I get a fast quotation?

Send the flange standard and size, construction type, winding metal, filler, media, pressure, temperature and quantity. With these details we can quote accurately within 2 business hours.

Related product ranges you may also need: spiral wound gaskets, ring joint gaskets, expanded graphite gaskets and PTFE gaskets.
