The Advanced model (KXT-AIB) adds all of those features. It is heavier (≈1800 kg vs ≈1000 kg) and uses a wider carrier range (8/20/24/32/36 vs square 8/18/24/32 and round 8/16/24/32/36). The Advanced model is aimed at producers with continuous production lines and higher daily output targets. What is the difference between interbraid and braid-over-braid?
Interbraid is a single braid pass through the machine and produces cross-sections from 6 mm to 20 mm. Braid-over-braid runs the yarn twice, once for the inner core and once for the outer sheath, and produces larger cross-sections from 20 mm to 50 mm. Braid-over-braid is used for large gland packing such as those found on agitator and mixer shafts.
