Expanded Graphite Yarn
Expanded graphite yarn (model PR106) is a flexible graphite braiding yarn made from low-sulfur expanded graphite, reinforced with cotton fiber, glass fiber, polyester fiber or Inconel wire. It is self-lubricating, chemically inert (pH 0–14) and thermally stable from −200 to +600 °C. Standard yarn weights 2 g/m, 3 g/m, 5 g/m; custom diameters available. Supplied for braiding gland packing for valves, pumps and static/dynamic seals.

Graphite PTFE Yarn
Kaxite PR104 is a graphite-filled PTFE yarn designed for braiding graphite PTFE gland packing. Graphite powder is uniformly blended with virgin PTFE filaments before twisting, so the graphite is distributed throughout the yarn rather than coated on the surface. Grades A, B and C cover different density, breaking strength and price points. PR104L is the oil-added variant for dry-running and start-stop service. Service temperature −100 to +260 °C, pH 0–14 chemical resistance. Suitable for square braid and round braid packing production on standard braiding machines.
