Metal foil reinforced graphite sheet (model KXT B202) is a three-layer composite: two expanded graphite outer layers bonded to a central metal insert. Insert options include tanged carbon steel, tanged SS304/SS316, flat SS304/SS316 foil or SS304/SS316 wire mesh. Carbon content ≥99.5%, service temperature −200 to +450 °C (oxidizing) / +600 °C (non-oxidizing), compressive stress stability 40–48 N/mm², sealability <0.5 ml/hr for oil. Used for high-pressure flange gaskets, engine heat gaskets, boiler manholes and heat exchanger gaskets. Free samples and die-cutting available.
