Solid Silicon Rubber O Ring Gasket Cord Silicone rubber cord is an ideal sealing material due to its consistent compressibility across a broad range of temperatures (-40°C up to +200°C). Commonly used in precision sealing applications where exact size o-rings are unavailable, this material offers fantastic flexibility, excellent electrical insulation and can also be bonded through the use of specific adhesives (sold separately). Supplied in coils, cut lengths or as vulcanised o rings, silicone cord is available various diameters. As standard, we supply this cord in white, blue, translucent and red oxide, but other colours are available upon request. For hygiene critical applications, we also offer this product in blue, metal detectable grade.

Nitrile, also known as Buna-N Nitrile O Ring Gasket Cord, is a copolymer of Butadiene and Acrylonitirle. It is the most commonly used elastomer for sealing products. It has a temperature range of -40F to +250 F and is exceptionally resistant to petroleum base oils and hydrocarbon fuels. Nitrile materials also exhibit excellent tensile strength and abrasion resistance properties

Brown Viton Solid Rubber O Ring Gasket Cord Fluorocarbon rubber has excellent resistance to high temperatures, ozone, oxygen, mineral oil, synthetic hydraulic fluids, fuels, aromatics and many organic solvents and chemicals. Low temperature resistance is normally not favorable and for static applications is limited to approximately –15°F (–26°C) although in certain situations it is suitable down to –40°F (–40°C)

Blue Color HNBR Rubber O Rings is made via selective hydrogenation of the NBR butadiene groups which improves the temperature and ozone resistance considerably.

Perfluoroelastomer FFKM Rubber O Ring have excellent resistance to extreme temperatures, -10°C to +260°C. Some special compounds can operate beyond 300°C.
