Ceramic Fiber Board
Ceramic fiber board (model KXT CF107) is a rigid, vacuum-formed high-temperature insulation board made from ceramic fiber and inorganic binders. Five grades are available: COM (1100 °C), ST (1260 °C), HP (1260 °C), HA (1360 °C) and HZ (1430 °C). Density 260/320 kg/m³, tensile strength 0.5 MPa, thermal conductivity 0.085 W/m·K at 400 °C. Used for back lining of high-temperature industrial furnaces, porcelain furnace linings and heat treatment furnace linings. Custom sizes available; free samples on request.
