Anti-Corrosion Tape
Kaxite KXT-AT anti-corrosion tape uses polyethylene as the base material, coated with liquid butyl rubber film and pressed and compounded together. It is designed for underground, underwater and overhead pipeline corrosion protection. Available in three types — T-140 (0.40 mm), T-150 (0.50 mm) and T-180 (0.80 mm) thickness. Widths 50–300 mm, lengths 30–120 m. Service temperature −30 to +80 °C. Service life over 30 years. Suitable for pipe sleeve diameters 50–1800 mm. Basalt Fiber Sleeving
Basalt fiber sleeving (model KXT BF700) is a tubular insulation sleeve braided from continuous basalt filament yarn. Continuous service temperature −260 °C to +700 °C, short-term peak up to +750 °C, melting point around +1350 °C. Thermal conductivity 0.031–0.038 W/m·K, good electrical insulation, good resistance to acids and alkalis. Basalt Fiber Cloth
Basalt fiber cloth (model KXT BF400) is a woven fabric made from continuous basalt filament yarn of 9–13 µm diameter. Plain or twill weave, standard width 1–2 m. Working temperature 500–980 °C, melting point around 1250 °C. Non-combustible, no toxic gas emission, no thermal shrinkage. Texturized basalt fabric is a strong competitor to Kevlar, Nomex and Teflon for fireproof suits, fire curtains, fire blankets and welding protection.
