Neoprene Faced Plain Phenolic Flange Insulation Gasket Kit
KXT-1002P is the plain phenolic grade of Kaxite’s neoprene faced flange insulation gasket kit — a single-piece phenolic retainer with factory-bonded neoprene rubber sealing faces on both sides, providing compression sealing and full cathodic isolation between dissimilar metal flanges. The plain phenolic core is the more economical option against the laminated phenolic KXT-1002, and is suitable for ASME B16.5 Class 150–300 flanges where bolt stress is moderate. Service temperature limit +80°C (+175°F). Available as Type E full-face or Type F ring, from DN 15 to DN 600.
