Kaxite NBR Rubber Sheet (Nitrile Rubber Sheet, KXT B400NBR) is manufactured from high-quality Nitrile Butadiene Rubber, also known as Buna-N, Perbunan, or NBR. Since its development in 1941 as an oil-resistant rubber, NBR has become the industry standard for oil, fuel, and solvent sealing applications. The higher the acrylonitrile content, the better the resistance to oils and fuels — with a corresponding decrease in low-temperature flexibility.

What is the temperature range of NBR Rubber Sheet?
The continuous service temperature range of NBR Rubber Sheet is -25°C to +120°C. Low-temperature flexibility decreases as the acrylonitrile content increases, so higher oil-resistance grades should not be used at extreme low temperatures. For higher temperature service, consider Silicone Rubber Sheet.
What is the difference between NBR and Neoprene Rubber Sheet?
NBR offers superior oil, fuel, and solvent resistance, while Neoprene Rubber Sheet offers better ozone, weather, and flame resistance. Choose NBR for oil and hydrocarbon service, and Neoprene for outdoor or ozone-exposed applications.
Is NBR Rubber Sheet suitable for drinking water applications?
