KNNY350 is the highest grade in Kaxite’s KNNY oil-resistant non-asbestos jointing sheet series, with 15.0 MPa tensile strength, 12±7% compressibility and 50% rebound. Tested to No.75 aviation gasoline at 16 MPa for 30 minutes with no leakage, and to No.20 aviation oil at 150°C for 5 hours. Rated 1.5 MPa working pressure and 200°C working temperature. Standard sheet sizes from 1270×1270 mm to 4100×1500 mm, thickness 0.5–6.0 mm. Cut-to-size gaskets and bulk sheet supply quoted factory-direct within 24 business hours.
Non-Asbestos Jointing Sheets KNNY300, made from special heat-resistant fibre, packing material and natural rubber compound by compression molding. Tensile strength ≥12.0 MPa, density 1.6–1.8 g/cm³, compressibility 12±7%, rebound 50, stress relaxation 30. Working pressure 1.5 MPa, working temperature up to +200 °C. Oil sealing test verified to 15 MPa in 75# aviation gasoline. Standard thickness 0.5–6.0 mm; sheet sizes 4100 × 1500 mm to 1270 × 1270 mm. Asbestos-free replacement for water, steam and pipeline flange joints. Material certificate supplied. Factory-direct price, 7–15 day lead time.
KNNY250 is a compressed non-asbestos jointing sheet engineered for water, steam and general pipeline flange service. It is made from a special non-asbestos heat-resistant fiber combined with heat-resistant packing material and a natural rubber binder, consolidated by hot compression molding. Rated to 1.5 MPa working pressure and 200 °C working temperature, KNNY250 delivers higher tensile strength (≥10.0 MPa) and rebound (≥45%) than the lighter KNNY150 grade, while remaining cost-efficient compared with KNNY300 and KNNY350. It is a direct substitution for corresponding asbestos rubber sheet models. Six standard sheet sizes from 1270 × 1270 mm to 4100 × 1500 mm, all available in 0.5–6.0 mm thickness. Standard export packing on wooden pallets of 1000 kg or 2000 kg net. OEM / wholesale pricing from one pallet. Kaxite also supplies the full non-asbestos jointing sheet range from KNNY150 through KNNY350 and KNXB200 through KNXB350.
