Oxygen Free Copper Gaskets

To make a leak tight UHV seal between two conflat Oxygen Free Copper Gaskets is required. OFHC (oxygen free high conductivity) copper is normally used as this sealing material as it is very clean, can easily be formed to shape, has a wide temperature range, and has a low outgassing rate.
Oxygen Free Copper Gaskets fit CF flange size of CF16 ~ CF250. Vacuum fittings use a knife-edge cf flange to achieve the high vacuum seal gasket and can operate down to 10-13 torr (10-11 Pa) and can be heated to 450 °C for bake-out. Oxygen Free Copper Gaskets are used for ultra-high vacuum applications. Vacuum fittings are made of High purity, electronic grade oxygen-free copper gasket.
